Throughout the seasons I run a series of Wise Woman Well-being day retreats. A retreat day for you, to nourish and value who you are amongst the stresses and strains of life.
Each day is inspired by the season and supports the connection of mind, body and spirit through meditations, energy exercises, creative writing, poetry and soul art – a creative exercise to release blockages and re-energise.
